Take-out Japanese food. The whole family was feeling a little carsick from our impromptu trip to the beach, so we stayed in with some take-out and watched a travel show about New Zealand on TV.

Seaside Aquarium.
This didn't look like the kind of aquarium anyone would want to visit. I did, however, love the sign.

Someone filled in these Seaside hotel room doors with bricks; now the steps lead to nowhere.

swings on the beach

There are swings on the beach in Seaside, Oregon. The thought of swinging on the beach is pretty amazing. I was a bit disappointed that the swings were occupied the whole time.

my mom

We all took a drive down to Seaside. It was foggy, windy and cold. Apparently we were having a good time anyway.
