it's snowing!
my parents picked me up from my sister's house, when we walked outside it was snowing! i was very excited.
i truly love snowballs.
throwing things is one of my favorite past times. i figure better at the wall than at just about anything else...

this is not a devil's food cake.
tartine messed up and gave us the wrong cake. being highly disappointed in the lack of chocolate and the over-abundance of tart tropical fruit flavor, we decided to put the cake back together so the twins could return it to the bakery the next day. "here you go, tartine. we did not like your cake."
and we eat...
a dinner of roasted chicken, caramelized shallots, rolls, artichokes, caprese salad...and red wine.
