Lemon-herb claypot chicken with potatoes and rice.This was my first time cooking a whole chicken. I've wanted to make claypot chicken the "right" way (a whole chicken) for years. Tonight Chris helped me- together we conquered this chicken and then ate the whole thing. Well, maybe we didn't actually eat the whole thing.
