for my money i'd rather just have a few strips of bacon. i don't really like brittle of any kind though.

wesley adam pua...that's exactly why we got the bacon brittle.
i would have ordered chocolate with my money. wait..was there chocolate on the menu?
regardless, it was lovely...the whole evening...that is, after i stopped being lost in soma.
Well, the sopaipillas were another great option... but you have to try new things, Boo.
And I thought the bacon brittle was nice - like a textured, salted caramel. The whiskey prailine ice cream was phenomenal. The skillet bread was hearty. It was like breakfast for dessert!
I'll just get you bacon for dessert next time.
