dinner, may 5th

This dinner was not Cinco de Mayo inspired at all. I just sort of made stuff up. It was some sort of soy sauce, sherry, garlic pork, topped with caramelized onions over a bed of quinoa.

It wasn't bad, maybe a little too salty.

no worries. i had chinese food for cinco de mayo. then again, i was in china. and in china, i have chinese food just about everyday:)
which, by the way, is nothing like chinese food here in america...not even china town food comes close...
